This is my last brother to get a mission call and then the next in our family will be JJ. That is so weird to me. Anyway my 2 other brothers it was just family there for the big opening but Michael has grown up in a neighborhood that has mainly stayed the same and there is a lot of boys (somewhere in the teens) that are all the same age. This made it a big gathering at my parents for when Michael got his call. Plus we added the web cam part of our fam also. Everyone put on a sticky note on the world map of where we thought he would go. I picked Korea, and Chile was popular, as well as Canada.

We are so excited for him. I can't really grasp that he is old enough to go on a mission. It is crazy. The craziest part for Jeron and I is that is 9 years this will be us.
It was Emma's birthday so we sang happy birthday to her and then ate a lot of yummy treats that Mama had for us.
I am glad that he made the decision to go on a mission. I love what a good example he is setting for my son. I will miss him, and I think worry a little more than I did for my other 2 brothers. After all, he is the baby.
