Its a Fizz thing

We decided to crash Emma's outing with her friends and head over to Fizz, a new drink joint that opened in Bountiful.  They have specialty drinks.  It is a lot of fun for the kids.  They tried three different flavors and we liked them all.  

 Look at my cute little ladies.  It is always fun to spend some time with the girls.

Discovery Gateway

One of the ladies in our neighborhood home schools and she is always super sweet to invite us all on her field trips.  It was a lot of fun for the girls and they got to do a lot of fun things.  

Emry was in heaven.  Elsie and Ellie took their jobs really seriously in the grocery store.  They maned their posts for a long time.  Emma was a trooper and even though it was a bit boring she still helped the girls enjoy their time.

 I mean really, where can you go ride a horse and a helicopter all in one setting...?

 Something I found really interesting is that Ellie loved playing in the mock ER.  I guess it was fun to be the doctor instead of the patient for once. 

 Did I mention they also flew an airplane to France.

 Then there was the other adventures.  Log cabin, Teepee, Big high chair, and glow lights.

 This was a lot of fun.  When you walk away it leaves your shadow on the wall.  It felt like Peter Pan.

 There really is a million things to do.  

 Like I said Emry was in heaven.  She played house and loved every minute.

 As we were getting ready to leave I look over and see my cousin Abi's son standing there.  I sure he was a bit freaked out when I asked for his picture but it sure was fun to see him.  

The Nutcracker

My good friend Emily had some extra tickets to the Dress Rehearsal of the Nutcracker at Capital Theater. I was so excited when she asked us to go.  I hadn't been since I was a little girl.  I went with my nana and thought I was so fancy.  I really wanted my girls to feel the same way.  We decided to make a night of it.  We went to dinner at Cafe Rio (about as fancy as we thought Elsie and Audrey could stand).  We had a great time talking and gigging.  Then it was time to head to the performance.  We were able to sit 4th row.  I don't think there was a better seat in the house.  The sets were amazing and the dancers were phenomenal.  The girls loved it.  I thought it was so boring when I was little so I was glad to know that they liked it.  Maybe it is because they are ballerinas.

 During intermission we hurried and got a picture together.

 After the show we stopped to get a picture with a Nutcracker signs but they were not up yet.  It was so cold though. 

 It was such a fun night.

THe girls had a great time.  Emily and I may or may not have laughed a ton of few times at the male dancers in the tightest tights we had ever seen.  I may even be chuckling right now thinking about it.

Botanical Garden's Farm Fair

We had a lot of fun seeing all the animals.  The first stop was the hay jumper.  Elsie and Emma gave it a go.  Ellie wasn't having it.  

 Emry came along for the ride and was a really good girl despite the heat.

There were lots of animals to pet and see.

Now it was time to go horse back riding.  Some of these girlies were scared.  (all of them)

The most fun had to be when they held the baby chicks and bunnies.  It was hard to get them to leave.  They kept begging me to buy one.  

They even had face painting and an art station.

I love when we come across these things.  It is something to do and the kids love it.

{Color)ful ladies

This year on Easter we had some sicko's so not everyone went to church.  We weren't able to get pics with  all the kids.  So today I pulled my girls aside and tried to get some pics.  JJ was gone doing fast offerings so he missed all the fun.  (I promise he wasn't to bummed about it).  Even though it isn't all my kids this will have to do.  Emry was over it from the moment we started so it was a short session,

 Elsie kept yelling do a silly picture.  So I guess I have to add one. 

 I sure love these pretties.

 Ellie insists on wearing the belt even though it drives me cray cray.   Love her.

 It is getting harder and harder to do matchy matchy.  But I think this worked.  I love the long Maxi.  Love my Emma

 Little Poppins dress is my favorite.  Shhhh don't tell the others.  I wish she would wear a hair bow but she looks adorable either way.

 And she is over it.

 There is so many wonderful things about havign a sister.  I am so glad that they have each other to get through this crazy life.  I love these single ladies.

Girls Night Out

 We really love the Wizard of Oz.  We were so excited that they were making a new one.  We went to see OZ The Great and Powerful.  Yes it was sooooo good.  We loved it.

We share everything.

I think some mommy's would be pretty terrified to see this.  Not this one.  I remember doing this exact same thing with my cousin.  Why wait when both of our little booty's fit nicely.  It made me laugh.  I am just glad I had my camera handy.  I sure love these ladies. 

Ice Skating with my single ladies

Jeron and JJ decided to celebrate Maren's birthday by going to a Jazz game.  We really needed something to do.  We picked Ice Skating.  Because that is what a mom with 4 little kids that have never done it before does.  I was feeling really ambitious.  So we thought why not.  It was actually not that bad.  Ellie and Elsie just held onto the sides the whole time and so I could help them from the side.  I couldn't go in because I had Emry.  

Emma had her friend Megan with her and they were great to help out if the littles needed it.

Ellie was in heaven.

Elsie liked it but she gave up before the others.  

The three of us went and chillaxed by the fire while the other three skated.

It was a beautiful night.  The weather was not to cold and we really enjoyed ourselves.  I am glad that we did this.
