liTtle miSs mOmmy
I was telling Jeron this weekend what a helper Ellie can be if she is set in the right direction. Ellie loves and I mean loves to help me with the laundry. In fact she will sit with me through each load and hand me clothes to fold. It is really a sweet sight. All I have to do is say "Do you want to fold the laudry?" and she jumps up says "YA" and she is on it. She now loves to help with dinner. She is in charge of the lettuce. She breaks it into smaller pieces to have in the salad. Most of all though she loves to hold Elsie. She is so sweet with her. Last night Elsie was crying in her craddle and Ellie went running back to the room and keep yelling Mommy Mommy and then going to check on Elsie and running back to yell Mommy Mommy. She had such a sad voice too. She wanted me to get the baby. She was so concerned about her. Ellie NEVER and I mean NEVER says Mommy. It was so sweet to see her work so hard to say Mommy so that I could "save" the baby. I think she really enjoys this big sister gig. Elsie really likes her Ellie time as well. She hardly ever cries if Ellie is holding her. Moments like these make my heart happy:)

That's such a sweet little story... I love how cute Ellie is with Elsie. I love how good you are with Ellie too. She is a lucky girl to have you for a mom. I know you probably don't give yourself enough credit, but I think Ellie's progress is mostly due to you always believing in and teaching her along the way. Those pics are so sweet. Elsie is lucky to have such a sweet big sis!
That is so sweet...It makes me so happy when my kids act like they like each other.

That is so cute! Ruth folds all the laundry at her house, too! It is so sweet to see Ellie holding Elsie. She looks so grown-up. And I must say, she is one of the best-dressed, well manicured little downs I have ever seen! She always looks so great...you do a fabulous job!
