I have said it before and I will say it again, this summer has been very different then all the other ones. Having a brand new baby makes things a lot harder when the kids want to run and play. That is why when Jeron told me he was planning his trip to Lava I was bummed because I immediately knew I couldn't go...that was until I thought about the fact that at least two possibly three of my children would go with him. This meant more snuggle time with Poppins. And who doesn't love snuggle time? Jeron would have taken all of the kids but I was too worried about water and all the kids so I opted to keep Ellie. She didn't really love Lava last year anyway. The kids were so excited to go. Just as they were about to head out it I think it hit them that Ellie wasn't coming. They all came and gave her a huge group hug. It was one of the sweetest things I have seen in a while.
She was a bit bummed but not to much. She knew she would have mom and Emry all to herself so that wasn't such a horrible trade off. She actually shewed them out. It was pretty funny.
See ya, NOW leave.
Road Tripping. Have fun guys. This year Skyler and Alexis went with our fam so that the Singley's could take one car. The kids said it was a lot of fun having them in the car.
I recieved a text from Heather saying "We found a puppy and Jeron is bringing her home." It made me with I was there. How cute is she?!?
Here is the camp life. This time they camped away from the water, which did make me feel better.
They were still by our favorite spot.
I can just imagine how many times they did this. It is so much fun to do. Elsie told me that she loves Alexis. The Singley's told me that they wanted to keep her because she is so cute.
Isn't this the life.

The kids had a great time. Jeron said it was great. I asked if they missed me and JJ said "Oh mom, we missed you so much...even your yelling." Psht...He was being very sweet when he said it but it didn't feel so sweet. My bad, I better work on that yelling. I am just glad that they all made it back in one piece and had a great time.
