Every year for Christmas the kids get a new ornament. We have always tried to get them a snowman ornament. This year was no different except that JJ was to sick to participate. We sure missed him. But, the show must go on and this tree needs to be adorned. Now the Elves have not brought our new ones yet and we haven't gone out to get any so we are only hanging up our old ones.
Here is the kids hanging their first ornaments. We hang them by year until we reach the new year.
Elsie felt like she had to wait a very long time to finally put hers one. I think Emry will feel the same way. Maybe we should go backwards. The bride and groom are our first ornament and the snowheads are our last one. We have ours already because we get ours on our anniversary every year.
This is one of those traditions that Jeron is trying to get away from but I won't let him. Rude me. I like it too much. He thinks the tree is getting over run. I think that means we need a bigger tree ;)
