We went to the Zoo

Mama took the kids to the Zoo. They had so much fun and were so glad to spend time with Mama. JJ and Emma loved to look at the map and tell us where to go. They would read all the signs and soak up as much of the info as possible. The loved the smell in the small animal building I mean really who doesn't. Ellie did not really enjoy the zoo. She has never been that interested in animals and her feelings about them have not changed. She did like the train, merry-go-round, and the playground though. Elsie on the other hand loves animals and was so excited about every animal that moved. She would point at them and say"shish shish shish". I am not sure what that means but she loved them. Her and Emma loved the new baby cat. They could have stayed there all day just watching her.

I took really cute pictures and was just loading them onto my computer. It was taking forever so I thought I would delete some of the other pics I no longer need. I got out my manual followed it step by step and pushed delete. It deleted every picture I had on my camera in oh two seconds. So yes I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face. UGH! I hate technology sometimes.

Minus the darling pictures to prove that the kids had a great time, they really did and look forward to many more fun days like this with Mama. We will have to recreate the Zoo pics some time. I just love the Zoo so I am so excited to go again.

So so sorry about the pictures. There are some recovery programs that work sometimes. They've worked for me before.

I hate technology too. My defense mechanism is to not take a lot of pictures. Or use my cell phone

That's too bad about the pictures. How fun that your mom got to go though! Ryan just told me that she is having (or already had?) surgery. I hope all is well and that she recovers quickly.

That is terrible about your pics, one of the kids did the same thing last year. We love the zoo at our house too!

I wish we had a 4th of July parade here! We have one for Memorial Day, and one at Chrismtastime--both of which I love, but I do miss one in July.
Love all the cute outfits--darling as always!
