Today is the very first swim meet for JJ and Emma. They are both very nervous to say the least. It was out at the Kearns Aquatic Center, so we were all a little nervous...for our lives. I am totally kidding ish.
The decided to only swim one thing each. Emma swam the 50 meter freestyle and JJ swam the 100 breast.
We got to the meet pretty early and it was a LONG wait. They were one of the last and it was a good three hour wait. We did try to entertain ourselves.
Emry looked pretty cute in the swim cap.
Ellie looked pretty cute too.

Apparently when you have more than one meet it is all the rage to write these on your body with a sharpie. We decided to just put it on a piece of paper. Seemed to work just fine.
Emma was super nervous before her meet but when it was time she did it. She did a great job.

She was so proud of herself when she was done. She should be! Way to go.
It was crazy crowded and then by the time JJ's event came up most people had left. It was crazy. It was cute though because some girls from the team stayed to cheer him on. It was really sweet. JJ did a great job.

I was able to get a picture of his time. For his first time he did awesome. He now has a time to beat.
