The Halloween Witch comes to our house and takes the kids candy. Don't be to alarmed she also leaves them a prize in return. Well this year JJ decided that he no longer believes that the Witch is real. Jeron and I both worried that if he did not believe in her she would stop coming to all of our kids. Emma loves that the Halloween Witch comes and leaves her a gift. Jeron waited up until 2:00am and actually got a picture of this witch. She is a mean old thing. She smells really bad as well. She is extremely fat from eating all of the candy. Her teeth are rotted and she is just plain foul. Emma about died when she saw the picture. She couldn't wait to wake up JJ and let him know. She even left JJ a nasty letter(backfired in my face)telling him he had better believe or else. Well needless to say Only three kids in our home believe in the Halloween Witch. She only comes to the houses where the parents fall under her spell. JJ just doesn't get it. Oh well.

What a great idea. Seriously, you are the mom with the fun, original, happy family things to always do with your kids. I want to be like you!

That is such a great idea, I'll have to remember that when mine get old enough to figure out they went trick or treating for nothing.
Such a great idea! After two days I ended up hiding Molly's stash and telling her I didn't know where her bucket was because I was sick of her asking for candy ALL the time. I'll have to try the witch thing when she gets older!
