JJ isn't the best photographer with my camera but here is a pic I found of me down and out. I threw my back out last night and have spent the whole day lying on ice. Nothing like being down in the middle of December. Christmas shopping has yet to be done and now I can't even do it if I wanted to. I was helping Ellie with getting her Pajamas on when she decided to grab around my neck and drop. It made me yank forward. I didn't realize anything had happened until I tried to get out of bed and collapsed. It hurt something awful and I couldn't walk if I wanted too. The kids stayed home today to take care of me. It was an interesting day. I hope I feel better soon or Christmas may be a bust.
