{Love} her

This little lady is the light of our lives.  We literally can't get enough of her.  She brightens all of our days.  

 We place a big huge white blanket on the floor and surround it with pillows.  No one is allowed to wear shoes on it, or to eat on it.  This is the only way to keep her safe from all the things my kids leave on the ground.  I am not sure what I will do once she is more mobile .  The pillows stop her dead in her tracks.  It kind of makes me laugh.  

 Miss Emry loves her big brother.   There is a real connection there. These two just work together.  It is cute to see her light up when he walks into a room.

 She is so proud of herself.  She has her big brother wrapped around her finger.   

Diet Coke obsessed

Okay little lady.  That is not for you.  

 Poppins loves the diet coke bottles.  She plays with them more than anything.  She gets mad when we take them away from her.  I hope that is as far as this addiction gets.

Big girl bath

She loves her bath. She doesn't smile that much in it but she is busy.  So very busy.  She has so much to do that there isn't much time for anything else...like smiling.  

 It is almost comical to watch my smiley baby all the sudden be so somber.  She never wants to get out, so I know she likes it.  She just is very fascinated by all there is to do.

 I really have missed these baby moments.  It is crazy to think she is my last one.  I could just squish her.  

Wrapped around my little...ARM

This girl is SPOILED  is a mama's girl.  Just being near me is no longer enough.  She has to have her legs wrapped around my arm, and usually some form of my hair in her hands.  The worst part is it is all my fault and I am not sure I want it any other way.  On the rare occasions when she actually sleeps in her own bed I miss her.  I know CRAZY talk.  There is something about knowing that she is my last that just makes all the rules seem so stupid.  Yes, the lack of sleep is killing me and I look like the walking dead but I love this little leach.  

Who is that looking at me?

Tonight I caught Poppins checking herself out in the mirror.  She would look away and then look back.  It was the cutest thing.  It is so much fun to watch all the discoveries that are occurring right now.  Every new thing is a wonder to behold.  She is so much fun for all of us

These winter days are getting pretty boring.  Today we put paint in a baggie and she had fun for awhile with this.  This little lady is so sweet.  I just love her.  

Good Grades

JJ got good grades so we took him out to dinner just the three of us.  He had never been to Five Guys so that is where we went.  We had a good time just talking with him.  We need to do this more often.  

Playing office

I use to do this all the time as a kid and loved it.  JJ and Emma have never done it.  So I was so excited to find these two playing office.   They played for hours.  Next time maybe they can play "clean the office".  That office is a mess.  

Somebody has a tooth

Besides the fact that this girls is so stinking cute, I love that she has two little teeth showing in her cute little mouth.

Baby its cold outside

What do you do when the weather outside is frightful. 

You with play everything you possibly can and the best part is mom loves blocks and Lincoln logs.  They know I will play those with them.  Barbies...not so much.

Sunshine

Smitty sent me a video of Vie waking up happy as can be.  So in turn I sent one of Emry waking up happy as can be.  It was hilarious because Maren sent a video of Ben waking up screaming from the moment he woke up.  It was hilarious. 

It is the cutest thing though.  Emry wakes up sunshine and roses.  It is my favorite part of my day.  There is nothing better than walking in the room and having this face looking back at me.     

Let it {Snow}

It has been a long time coming or Utah.  Last year I think I broke out the shovel three times, maybe.  This year has already doubled that and it doesn't show signs of slowing down.  It is that kind of snow that just begs you to come out and play.  They even canceled school which in Utah is unheard of.  It has to be epic in order for that to happen.  Jeron and I wanted in on this action so we took the littles out for a sleigh ride down the street.  

Emry had this look on her face the entire time.  I not sure if that is a grin or if she is wondering what is going on.  Elsie was loving it though.

Of course we had to get the "see how tall our snow mound is" picture.

I can't think of much that is more beautiful than a world covered in a blanket of white snow.

He pulled Miss Ellie back and forth on that snow covered sidewalk.  She loved it.

And of course we had to build slides off of our rocks.  That is one awesome thing about 16 steps to your front door.  Perfect for sledding down in the winter.

JJ decided to help out WITHOUT BEING ASKED!!!  He tried to get the snow off of our trampoline.  He had literally been out their for hours.  Poor kid. ( It never did happen. ) It was a lot of work.

A typical Wednesday

I love spending my days with this little lady.  She keeps me on my toes.  I am not allowed to dress her most days.  She picks out her own outfits and they usually are pretty good.  I am not sure why the owl hat made the cut today but it did.  Wednesdays are long days for Elsie.  She has something every other day but not on Wednesday.  She is always trying to come up with things to do.

 Karaoke is a new favorite for her.  She is funny though.  She wants me to sing but not turn my mic on because she can't hear herself when I sing.  can anyone say DIVA

 It isn't very often that this lady is found crying.  She doesn't just love her chair all that much.  Plus, I was feeding her pees.  Poor baby.

{Freedom}

 JJ and Emma are old enough to tend while we run over to Station Park.  It is about a mile from our home so we aren't to far away if we need to get home quick.  We love this new freedom that we have. I love spending time just the two of us.  Dinner and a movie without fighting to get a word in is so nice.  I sure do love this man of mine.

 I honestly wondered if this day would ever come . We literally have gotten a babysitter 4 times.  I don't even know if we have ever had one here.  I don't trust a lot of people with my kids so when we were able to finally leave our kids with our kids it just worked.  It feels so good to get out with Jeron.

Cutest dolly in this house

I came in the bed room and found the girls all playing with the cutest dolly we have in this house.  Emry loved her new spot.  She could have hung out there all day. 

 She is our sweet little lady.  I think Poppins likes her new bed.
